VA Western New York Healthcare System and Veterans Benefits Administration
to Hold Town Hall Meeting

WHO: VA Western New York Healthcare System in coordination with Veterans Benefits
Administration (VA Regional Office)

WHAT: A town hall meeting is taking place for Veterans, family members and the public to
provide feedback on VA operations and recommendations for VA programs. Employees will be
on hand to assist Veterans information about VA health care and Veterans benefits. Media are
also invited to attend.

WHERE: VA Western New York Healthcare System, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY
Freedom Hall

WHEN: Monday, December 15 at 5:30pm

The town hall is one of many VA is holding around the country. The meetings are intended to
provide local Veterans a wide-open forum and for VA officials to hear directly from
beneficiaries as a step toward improvement and to rebuild trust among Veterans. This is the
first joint Veterans Health Administration/Veterans Benefits Administration Town Hall held in
the area.

The meeting is open to Veterans, the public, media, Congressional stakeholders, Veteran
Service Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, and other community partners.
