                                                                   VA Ceremony to Honor Veterans
Veterans Day Celebration at VAMC Buffalo

BUFFALO - A Veterans Day Celebration will take place at VA Western New York Healthcare System, 3495 Bailey, Tuesday, November 10 at 1:00 p.m. in Freedom Hall, Room 301, to honor the service of those in the military, both past and present. Everyone is invited to this celebration honoring America's Veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good and our National defense.

The traditional Veterans Day program is open to all and this year, Mr. Michael Militello, a U.S. Army combat wounded infantryman from the Vietnam War, will deliver our keynote address. Mr. Militello is best known for his many years of WNY based entrepreneurship, business, and restaurant ownership. He is also very actively engaged as a Veteran advocate, working to improve the lives of young Veterans returning home from Iraq and Afghanistan. His incredible life story and adventures will be shared. The event is open to the public.
