VA Announces New Interim Medical Center Director in Buffalo

WASHINGTON — Today, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) announced a new interim Medical Center Director for the VA Western New York Healthcare System’s Buffalo VA Medical Center, effective Oct. 1.

 

Paul S. Crews, currently Deputy Health Care System Director for the San Francisco VA Health Care System, will serve as interim director of the facility until a permanent director is named.

 

“In choosing a permanent replacement, we will look to provide the best leader possible at Buffalo,” said VA Secretary Dr. David J. Shulkin. “We have confidence that Paul Crews will provide strong leadership for our Veterans as the interim director.”

 

Former director Brian Stiller will assume a new position within the Veterans Integrated Service Network office (VISN) 2.
