Commanding Officer, USS Buffalo (SSN715), Commander (CDR) Brian Tothero, United States Navy will visit Veterans Friday at VA Western New York Healthcare System in Buffalo, 3495 Bailey Avenue at 10:30 a.m. 

 
The USS Buffalo, commissioned November 5, 1983 has been representing Buffalo all around the world. He’s in town meeting with people of Buffalo, Veterans and others, connecting the city of Buffalo and the ship that bears its name.
