VA Western New York Healthcare System to Hold Town Hall Meeting With Local Veterans

WHO: VA Western New York Healthcare System

WHAT: VA Western New York Healthcare System is hosting a town hall for Veterans, family members and the public to provide feedback on VA operations and recommendations for VA programs. Employees will be on hand to assist Veterans information about VA health care. Media are also invited to attend.

WHERE: VA Western New York Healthcare System, 3495 Bailey Ave., Buffalo, NY 14215, Freedom Hall, room 301

WHEN: Friday, September 5 at 10:00 a.m.

Background:
The town hall is one of many VA is holding around the country. The meetings are intended to provide local Veterans a wide-open forum and for VA officials to hear directly from beneficiaries as a step toward improvement and to rebuild trust among Veterans.
The meeting is open to the public and the media, and VA is inviting Congressional stakeholders, Veteran Service Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, and other community partners.
