Holocaust Remembrance Ceremony 

                Veterans, families and the general public will gather on Thursday, May 1 at 2 p.m.

on the third floor B-Wing, at VA Western New York Healthcare System, 3495 Bailey Avenue,

Buffalo to remember victims of the Holocaust.  On Holocaust Remembrance Day, or Yom

HaShoah, we remember the six million Jews who suffered and died during the World War II

Holocaust. The 2014 observance began in the evening on April 27 and ended on April 28,

which marked the 27th day of Nisan.

Dr. Herman Stone, representing Greater Buffalo Holocaust Resource Center will deliver

the keynote address at the VA observance. Music and selected readings will also be included in

the ceremony.
