Re-Creation Performs for Veterans at VA

"Party Rock USA!” show will appear at VA Western New York Healthcare System 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, tonight, Wednesday, May 4 at 6:30pm in Freedom Hall bringing a new stage presentation to hospitalized Veterans and their guests. The group represents Re-Creation USA, Inc., which provides a national program of live entertainment for America’s hospitalized Veterans in VA Medical Centers and State Veterans Homes.

The BVL - Bowlers to Veterans Link, Re-Creation’s longest-running sponsor and a Bowlers of America charity for hospitalized veterans, helps to underwrite tour costs. The Elks National Veterans Service Commission helps to house Re-Creation touring groups nation-wide. The Florida State Elks Association has provided for special services and equipment, particularly CD and DVD donations to every veteran facility Re-Creation visits.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Recreation Therapy helps coordinate all Federal VA program visits. “Party Rock USA!” features the best in American music and some of our nation’s finest young entertainers! Dynamic vocal renditions are enlivened by intricate, disciplined dance and choreography as the stage...and the entire room...virtually erupt with Re-Creation excitement. Re-Creation cast members have been cited by the Freedom’s Foundation at Valley Forge as “AMERICA’S AMBASSADORS TO HOSPITALIZED VETERANS.”

Re-Creation was founded in 1976 and performs in all 50 states. Credits include appearances at some of the nation's most prestigious fairs and festivals, at local, regional, state and national corporation banquets and conventions, and at major resort areas. Civic clubs, fraternal groups, schools, and public and private organizations now keep Re-Creation booked for more than 300 concerts each year. Re-Creation travels with comprehensive sound equipment and staging materials. Each Re-Creation performance is a full variety production designed to provide unique and satisfying musical entertainment.
