VA Western New York Healthcare System has a team of employees who are Veterans available to help educate businesses, organizations and not for profits on the military experience and it's impact on Veterans.  The Veterans developed the Military Experience Training (MET) to provide an overview of military enlistment, explain the multiple branches of the United States Military, basic and advanced military training, rank structures, customs and courtesies and deployments from both male and female perspectives.  The presenters talk about their unique experiences and allow the audience to ask questions about the military and Veterans.

Presenters are:

Stephen Coville, US Army Veteran, current Command Sergeant Major in US Army Reserves, 28 years of service, current Batavia VA Police Captain with nearly 20 years of service.

Christopher Hamilton, US Air Force Veteran, 9 years of Active Duty service, current Batavia Police Officer with nearly 6 years of service.

Kevin Callahan, US Navy Veteran, 5 years of active duty service, current Batavia Police Officer with nearly 3 years of service.

Jeremie Dellapenta, US Marine Veteran, 4 years of active duty service, current Batavia Engineer with nearly 5 years of service.

Angela Koch, US Air Force Veteran, 4 years of active duty service, current VA Health Care Upstate New York Call Center employee with nearly 5 years of service.
