Please join us in celebrating America's Veterans on Friday, November 9 at 1:00 p.m. in Freedom Hall at our Buffalo facility. The ceremony will include music, art and a few words as a tribute to our nation's heroes.

Also on Friday the 9th, area Veterans will participate in a sled hockey competition. The Buffalo Sabres Sled Vets will play the Washington Capitals as part of USA Hockey Sled Classic tournament. The game begins at 8:15 p.m. on rink one at the Northtown Center in Amherst.

On Saturday, November 10 Buffalo will hold its annual Veterans Day parade. It begins at 11:00 a.m. at Delaware Avenue and West Tupper* and continues to City Hall.

In Batavia a brief observance will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 11 at the flag pole in front of the medical center's Building 3. It will be followed by a coffee social in the recreation hall.
